Our Philosophy

Indian Educational philosophy has witnessed a plethora of changes over the past decades in consensus with the changing social, economic, and political landscapes in the land. The education philosophy at Sharada College is a blend of modern education, science and research but oriented in traditional Indian ethos. We believe that what is meant by education is the refinement of a person’s behaviour which expresses itself in the contributions s/he makes to the society. As children of this great nation, Bharat, each and every student of ours should be committed to the goals of national integration, and nation building celebrating the cultural diversity and yet, striving to push our nation forward in the global milieu. This idea of inclusion, secularism and progress is ingrained in the Indian philosophy of education. Hence, we give equal importance to scholastic and co-scholastic activities. It is not just academics but sports, cultural activities, and innovation and entrepreneurship that are given an equal and fair encouragement, here. Such holistic development is possible only if the children stay connected to their roots.
