Training and Placement Cell has an important role to play in the students’ future and is an indispensable pillar of the institute. This cell continuously strives to help students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employability skills including on-job training wherever required to ultimately their desired employment. This is accomplished through building a strong partnership amongst students, alumni, faculty members, UEIGB- Mangalore University, and various companies/ firms. The T&P Cell organises career guidance programmes for all the students starting from first year. The cell arranges training programmes like mock interviews, communication skills, workshops etc. The T&P Cell also looks into the training of the students in soft skills, group skills, etc. right from their first year of joining onward.
OBJECTIVE
- To develop the students to meet the industries’ recruitment process.
- To motivate students to develop technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning, goal setting. etc.
- To provide the resources and activities to facilitate the career planning process.

The students who give their consent forms will be directed initially toward successful training and later toward the placement opportunities.
